The Steward at Villa Haven is responsible for ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in all kitchen and dining areas. This role supports the smooth operation of our F&B services by assisting with dishwashing, equipment cleaning, and waste management. The steward is a key contributor to the overall guest experience, ensuring a clean and organized environment that reflects our commitment to excellence.
- Previous experience as a steward or in a similar role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation practices in a kitchen environment.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects as needed.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
