• Develop, prove-out, optimize, maintain, and revise CMM / dimensional measurement programs based on CAD, drawings, and
inspection plans.
• Perform online/offline programming as applicable, execute measurement routines, validate results, and issue inspection
reports.
• Perform CAD-to-measurement comparison and support first-off, launch, troubleshooting, and serial inspection activities.
• Support program correlation, repeatability, measurement strategy optimization, and reduction of inspection bottlenecks.
• Service Provider shall clearly state proposed software expertise and equipment experience for each nominated programmer.
