Night Guards

About the role

We are looking for Night Guards to protect our offices overnight and make sure the building is clean and ready before anyone arrives. This is an in-house role with our own team, training and support.

You'll work alone for most of the shift, so security always comes first: logged patrols, alarm and CCTV monitoring, and regular check-ins, with cleaning planned around them

What you'll d

Take over the premises from the day guard, secure every gate, door and window, and arm the alarm

Patrol inside and outside on a logged, irregular schedule, recording each patrol point

Monitor CCTV and respond to alarms, intrusions, fire and power failures

Qualifications

· At least five O-Level passes, including English Language

· A recognised security guard training certificate (required)

· At least two years' experience in security, night security, janitorial or a related role, including night shifts or lone working

· Experience with CCTV, alarm systems and commercial cleaning equipment

· First aid or fire safety training is an advantage
