Specific Responsibilities

• Monitor and track the execution status of all active projects within the Business Unit to ensure alignment with organizational goals and milestones.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to measure project completion rates, schedule adherence, milestone achievement, and delivery performance.
• Analyze project execution data to identify trends, bottlenecks, resource constraints, and risks impacting project delivery.
• Monitor engineering and cross-functional team workloads to identify resource gaps, capacity limitations, and potential over-allocation.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to management regarding resource planning, workload balancing, and project prioritization.
• Partner with functional managers to improve project execution efficiency and optimize resource utilization across the organization.
• Establish and maintain a centralized database of project schedules, deliverables, and resource assignments.
• Generate regular reports and executive summaries highlighting project portfolio health, resource capacity, project risks, and completion metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement of project management processes, metrics, tracking tools, and reporting methodologies.
• Coordinate with project leaders to ensure project status, milestones, and deliverables are accurately reflected in reporting systems.

Skills required

• Strong ability to manage schedules, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Ability to drive alignment across Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Quality, and Management teams.
• Strong communication and influence skills to drive decisions and resolve conflicts.
• Experience with Playbook, Microsoft Project, Agile, Phase-Gate processes, Gantt planning, and dashboard reporting.

Background desired

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or sciences program
• 8 years of experience in project management
• Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional programs from planning through product launch.
• Experience managing hardware, semiconductor, or automotive product development programs.
• Familiarity with NPI processes, phase-gate development, and milestone-driven execution.
• Familiarity with automotive product development cycles, qualification requirements, and customer expectations.
• Understanding of power supply or power semiconductor product development.

Success metrics

• Product development programs meet committed milestones and launch schedules.
• Cross-functional deliverables (ICs, DERs, RDKs, Datasheets, App Notes, PI Expert modules, etc.) are delivered on time.
• Program risks, dependencies, and resource constraints are proactively identified and mitigated.
• Accurate and timely program status reporting is provided to management and stakeholders.
