Role Overview: As an RN- Cont I, you¿ll lead the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care. You¿ll support patients, their families, and the healthcare team by utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. Your role is vital in ensuring patient goals are met and solutions are implemented effectively, making a direct difference in patient outcomes and experiences.

What You Will Do: - Lead the coordination and delivery of compassionate patient care. - Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. - Delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching for patients and families. - Communicate pertinent patient/family information to the healthcare team. - Identify and implement solutions for variances from patient goals.
