- Proactive follow‑up on actual progress, recovery actions and forecasted milestones.
- Clear communication and follow‑up with the Shipyard PM and executing foremen.
- Participate in daily and weekly meetings and process updates based on firsthand information.
- High level of spoken and written English.
- Spoken and written Chinese.
- Strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with professional planning programs, such as MS Project.
- Experience in shipbuilding, maritime/offshore, construction or equivalent.
- Available for 2‑3 months in Rizhao.
- Available to start as soon as possible.
