Security Supervisor
Supervise daily security operations to ensure the safety and security of guests, Heartists, visitors, and hotel property.
Monitor hotel premises, including guest areas, public spaces, and back-of-house areas, to ensure compliance with security procedures.
Conduct regular patrols and monitor CCTV systems to identify and address potential security risks.
Respond promptly and professionally to security incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns.
Ensure compliance with hotel security policies, emergency procedures, and health and safety regulations.
Prepare incident reports, maintain accurate security records, and report any suspicious activities to the appropriate management.
Train, coach, and guide security team members to maintain high standards of professionalism and operational efficiency.
Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to ensure effective communication and a safe hotel environment.
Support emergency response procedures, fire safety drills, and crisis management activities.
Promote a culture of vigilance, teamwork, and service excellence while upholding the hotel's standards and values.
Diploma or Degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 2–4 years of security experience, including supervisory experience in a hotel environment.
Strong knowledge of security procedures, emergency response, risk management, and hotel safety standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, observation, and decision-making skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle security incidents professionally.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a strong focus on guest safety and service excellence.
Previous experience with an international hotel brand is an advantage.
