Job Description
This hire is in plan for 2026 as IS-2 Hire. However, it is an opportunistic hire of more senior position than in Plan. Candidate has run the Logistics & Industrial team at CBRE Japan and then joined JLL and grew their Logistics & Industrial team from 3 to a team of 20 professionals across Tokyo, Osaka and Fukuoka markets. He will be advisor/player for new Head of Logistics & Industrial, Jun Funayama, joining in November 2026 to help expedite growth in this service line.
