Senior Construction Project Manager

Location: Richmond, KY (onsite)

Type: Permanent · Full time · Office-based with weekly site visits

A growing design-build general contractor working for manufacturers, distributors and commercial clients needs a senior PM to take over live jobs right away. You'll run your own projects with real autonomy and share in the profits.

What you'll do

• Take over three active projects on day one and estimate one or two more at the same time

• Manage schedule, budget, subcontractors and client communication from preconstruction through closeout

• Work with an onsite superintendent on every job, visiting sites weekly

• Walk through all active jobs in a weekly operations review, measured on days ahead of or behind schedule

• Deliver manufacturing, tilt-up warehouse, process and plant infrastructure projects, all within 90 minutes of the office

What you bring

• 7–10 years managing commercial or industrial construction for a GC, design-build firm or CM

• Industrial project experience (required): plants, warehouses, tilt-up or process facilities

• Estimating experience

• A commercial or industrial background, not residential

• Within commuting distance of Richmond, KY

• Able to pass a background check and drug test (required for the company truck)

Nice to have: A trades or superintendent background that grew into project management.
