HPE is looking for a hands-on Cloud DevOps Team Leader to lead a talented team and shape the cloud strategy behind a mission-critical cybersecurity product. Responsibilites

• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers.

• Design and optimize secure, scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

• Drive Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Kubernetes, and Helm.

• Improve CI/CD processes and deployment automation.

• Own production reliability, monitoring, incident response, and performance.

• Ensure cloud security, compliance, and cost optimization.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Security teams to deliver world-class SaaS services.

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or SRE, including leadership experience.

• Strong hands-on expertise with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.

• Deep understanding of cloud networking, including VPCs, VPNs, routing, load balancers, and firewalls.

• Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, Python/Bash, and modern CI/CD pipelines.

• Proven success supporting large-scale, customer-facing SaaS platforms in production.

• Strong knowledge of cloud security, governance, and compliance frameworks.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

• Cybersecurity industry experience.

• Experience supporting highly available, mission-critical platforms.

Essential: Candidates must have hands-on experience managing live production environments and leading critical incident response processes in cloud-based infrastructures.
