SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER - FULL TIME - LONDON, UK

Who We Are:

Inspired by a shared love of fashion, sneakers and the surrounding culture, END. was founded in Newcastle upon Tyne back in 2005. Our first UK store brought together a curated mix of celebrated designers and emerging brands, many of which were previously hard to find outside of London. From day one, we’ve nurtured a community of like-minded individuals united by a love for this ever-evolving culture.

Today, END. serves over 2 million customers worldwide through a seamless blend of online and physical retail. Our industry-leading stores in Newcastle, Glasgow, Manchester, London, and Milan reflect our commitment to innovation, influence, and inspiration. We offer a carefully curated selection of menswear, womenswear, sneakers, homeware, and lifestyle products to a global audience.

At the heart of END. is our customer and it’s our people and culture that make the difference. With over 600 employees across our HQ, offices, and retail locations, our customer-first mindset continues to guide everything we do.

The Role:

END. Is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join the Creative team in London.

Working closely with the Head of Creative, you’ll play an important role in the development and rollout of our campaigns. You’ll be involved from the outset, building a clear understanding of the creative vision and actively bringing design ideas and solutions to the table before a campaign is shot.

Following the shoot, you’ll take ownership of turning the creative direction and imagery into a strong, flexible design system. You’ll lead the rollout across paid and organic social, CRM, the END. homepage and other brand channels, acting as the main design contact throughout the process.

You’ll also work on brand activations including store takeovers, events, launches, partnerships and online experiences. This could involve developing the identity for an activation, designing the supporting digital campaign, or creating signage and materials for a physical space.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can think conceptually, take responsibility for a brief and lead it through to final delivery. You’ll need to be confident working with different teams, presenting your thinking and making sure the original creative idea remains clear as it moves across the business.

A genuine interest in fashion and contemporary culture is essential, as is an excellent eye for typography, layout, imagery and visual storytelling.

Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:

  • You’ll work closely with the Head of Creative from the beginning of each campaign, developing the visual direction and bringing design thinking into the process before anything is shot. You’ll explore how typography, layout, colour, imagery and motion can shape the campaign identity, while considering how the idea will work across social, CRM, homepage, retail and other touchpoints. You’ll also help identify the compositions, formats and assets needed from the shoot, working with teams across the business to make sure the campaign is set up properly from the start.
  • Once the campaign has been shot, you’ll take ownership of its graphic identity and rollout. You’ll turn the creative direction and imagery into a flexible design system, establish clear guidelines and act as the main design contact as the work moves across different teams and channels. You’ll make sure each execution feels right for its purpose while remaining part of the same campaign, maintaining a high standard through to final delivery.

Channel and activation work

  • You’ll work closely with the Social, CRM and Digital teams to make sure each campaign is designed with the purpose of the channel in mind. This includes creating paid and organic social assets that feel right for each platform, CRM with clear hierarchy and pacing, and homepage creative that balances brand storytelling with product and commercial priorities.
  • You’ll also support store takeovers, pop-ups, launches, events and online activations, helping carry the creative idea into both physical and digital spaces. This could include designing signage, invitations, digital screens and environmental graphics, as well as preparing artwork and working with external suppliers or fabricators. Where needed, you’ll attend installations and events to make sure the work is delivered as intended.

Leadership and collaboration

  • You’ll lead campaign design projects and keep the work moving across Brand, Marketing, Social, CRM, Digital, Retail and Production. You’ll build strong relationships with each team, bring people together around a clear visual direction and find practical solutions when different channels have competing requirements.
  • You’ll present your work confidently, explain the thinking behind your decisions and manage feedback without losing sight of the original idea. You’ll also support other designers with clear, constructive feedback, manage multiple briefs and deadlines, and know when to make a decision independently or bring in the Head of Creative.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Around five years+ experience in graphic design, ideally within fashion, retail, culture, publishing or an agency working with similar clients.
  • A strong portfolio showing conceptual thinking, excellent design craft and the development of campaign ideas into finished visual systems.
  • Experience owning campaign briefs from early creative development and pre-shoot planning through to cross-channel rollout and final delivery.
  • A clear understanding of how creative should be adapted across paid social, organic social, CRM, homepage and other digital and physical touch-points.
  • Excellent typography, layout, composition and image-selection skills, alongside a strong understanding of fashion communication and brand identity.
  • Experience creating flexible campaign systems, guidelines and toolkits rather than isolated assets.
  • Strong leadership, presentation and stakeholder-management skills, with the confidence to give direction, explain your thinking and bring people with you.
  • The ability to balance creative ambition with audience, channel and commercial requirements.
  • A collaborative and self-directed approach, with the ability to manage several briefs and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Figma, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, with a good understanding of responsive design and digital artwork production.

Besides a competitive salary and an engaging and inclusive work place we can offer you:

  • 33 days holiday (including bank holidays)
  • Flexible working, with 2 days WFH
  • 40 Hours per week - Monday to Friday
  • Holiday trading (Buy or sell 3 days)
  • Your birthday off
  • Access to Employee Assistance Programme
  • Healthcare Cashback Plan
  • Moments that matter gifts (Weddings and Babies)
  • A pension that both you and the company contribute to
  • Generous staff discount
  • Opportunities for professional development and career progression
  • And so much more….

We know that great talent comes in many forms. So even if you don’t meet every single criteria, we would still love to hear from you. If you’re passionate, driven, and believe you can contribute to our future success, we encourage you to apply.

Please note: Employment is conditional upon having the legal right to work in the UK for the role offered.
