Senior Manager, Demand Generation
At Commure, we're building the AI Operating System for healthcare, the foundation that defines how care is delivered, documented, and financed. Our platform spans the full care journey: Ambient AI and Dictation eliminating documentation burden at the point of care, intelligent Agents automating patient and revenue workflows, and autonomous RCM processing billions in claims, all on a single AI-native platform integrated with 60+ EHRs.
Healthcare carries a $1 trillion administrative burden and we're at the center of transforming it. Today, 500,000+ clinicians across 500+ healthcare organizations nationwide trust Commure to handle $25B+ in annual claims and support over 200 million patient interactions. Our latest $70M raise at a $7B valuation reflects the confidence the market has placed in this mission. We've also been named to the Fortune Future 50 list and the 2026 AI Breakthrough Awards for “Overall NLP Company of the Year.”
Our team works directly alongside clinicians, not through layers of process, which means the gap between what you build and its impact on patient care is immediate. We move fast, deploy daily, and take full ownership from early thinking to production. If you're energized by hard problems, high stakes, and a team that holds itself to a high bar, you'll find your people here.
The future of healthcare is being built right now. Come deliver this transformation.
About The Role
At Commure, we are building technology to simplify healthcare for patients, providers, and administrators. We're looking for a Senior Manager of Demand Generation to turn our account fit and intent data into campaigns that generate enterprise pipeline, both from new accounts and from expansion within our existing customer base. This person will own B2B paid media, campaigns, campaign operations, the lead lifecycle, and funnel measurement for our enterprise portfolio, including Ambient AI, Call Center Agents, and Orchestrator, and report directly to the Head of Enterprise Marketing.
This is a senior, high-impact role for an AI-first marketer with deep B2B paid media experience who can turn Commure's brand narrative into paid programs that build awareness and pipeline with enterprise healthcare buyers. You'll be equally comfortable building a HubSpot workflow, writing a campaign brief that rallies the team, and presenting results to sales leadership. You'll use AI to move faster than a traditional demand gen function, and you'll help the rest of the team do the same.
What You'll Do
Paid Media and Brand Narrative
Own Commure's enterprise paid media strategy, budget, and channel mix across LinkedIn, Google, ABM, and programmatic, with spend tied to pipeline and revenue targets
Partner with brand and content to turn our positioning into paid creative, offers, and multi-touch storylines that tell Commure's story consistently to health system and enterprise buyers
Run account-based paid programs against our fit and intent model, coordinated with SDR outreach and sales plays
Direct agency and platform partners, and test creative, audience, and offer to improve cost per opportunity and pipeline per dollar
Report paid performance on pipeline, account engagement, and brand lift so leadership can see how spend builds both demand and awareness
Campaigns and Programs
Build and run integrated campaigns and account plays against our fit and intent model, prioritizing the accounts most likely to convert
Partner with Customer Success to build expansion campaigns that drive cross-sell and upsell across our existing customers
Lead each campaign end to end with a clear brief and timeline, bringing content, brand, web, social, events, and sales along from kickoff to results readout
Own the webinar calendar and direct mail programs
Campaign Operations
Partner with our Events Manager on the pre-show and post-show motion, including attendee list enrichment, list loading, and follow-up plays
Set up and manage campaigns in HubSpot and Salesforce so every touch is tracked and attributable
Lead Lifecycle and Nurture
Optimize lead and account scoring, lifecycle stages, and routing logic, partnering with Revenue Operations on implementation
Build email nurture series and design the handoffs between marketing nurture, sales nurture, and SDR follow-up
Measurement and Optimization
Own lead and opportunity attribution and report on funnel performance from first touch through closed-won, for both new business and expansion
Test, measure, and optimize conversion at every stage, and turn results into clear recommendations
Sales and SDR Alignment
Partner with the SDR team on scripting, sequences, and activity plans so follow-up matches each campaign
Train sales and SDR teams on campaigns and lead handling, and hold teams to agreed follow-up SLAs
AI and Marketing Technology
Serve as marketing's expert HubSpot power user, working with Revenue Operations to expand what our stack can do
Use AI to accelerate research, enrichment, segmentation, personalization, reporting, and campaign builds, and help the team adopt AI workflows that save time
What You Have
7+ years in B2B demand generation, including 3+ years owning paid media programs and budgets
Hands-on expertise running B2B paid programs across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and ABM or programmatic platforms such as 6sense or Demandbase, including audience strategy, creative testing, and budget pacing
A portfolio of paid campaigns that carried a brand narrative to enterprise buyers and moved both awareness and pipeline
Hands-on expertise in HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform, plus Salesforce
Proven experience using AI to build or scale marketing workflows
A track record of scoring, nurture, and ABM programs that drove measurable pipeline
Strong project management, writing, and presentation skills
Healthcare experience is a bonus
