What you’ll achieve

As the Head of Professional Services, Delivery & PMO, you will Lead Professional Services function and run customer delivery and PMO responsibilities ensuring successful customer implementations, delivery excellence, portfolio governance, and scalable operational growth.

You will drive customer outcomes, team performance, and business profitability through effective leadership and execution making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.

You Will:

• Lead customer implementations and professional services delivery to ensure successful product adoption and customer outcomes.
• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic programs, ensuring commitments are met for scope, quality, schedule, and budget.
• Establish and mature PMO governance, delivery methodologies, reporting, and portfolio management practices.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and act as the executive sponsor for key delivery engagements.
• Drive resource planning, financial performance, forecasting, utilization, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Lead, develop, and grow high-performing delivery, consulting, and project management teams.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 12+ years' experience leading Professional Services, Delivery, Program Management, or PMO functions within a software product, SaaS, or technology environment.
• Proven success delivering complex enterprise software implementation and transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery, SDLC, and customer implementation methodologies.
• Experience leading cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Strong commercial acumen, including budget ownership, forecasting, resource management, and profitability oversight.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive influencing skills.

Desirable Requirements

• MBA or Master's degree.
• PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or equivalent certifications.
• Experience in SaaS, Healthcare Technology, ERP, Cloud, Enterprise Applications, FinTech, or Digital Platforms.
• Experience leading global customer deployment and transformation programs.
