Senior Product Owner (Risk Tools and Applications)

About the role

As Senior Product Owner for Risk Tools & Applications, you will define and deliver the product vision, roadmap and backlog for an internal-facing solutions used to monitor activity, identify risk and manage investigations. These products may include alerting, case-management, surveillance, reporting and player-protection capabilities.

You will work closely with Risk Operations, Engineering, Data, Architecture, management and other product teams to turn complex operational challenges into secure, scalable and intuitive products. You will also explore how automation and AI can improve detection, decision-making and operational efficiency.

This is a senior individual-contributor role for someone who can combine product strategy with hands-on delivery in a complex, data-rich environment.

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for Live Casino risk tools and applications.
• Translate risk, surveillance, game-integrity and player-protection needs into clear product outcomes.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on user value, risk impact and technical feasibility.
• Lead product discovery with internal users, partners and subject-matter experts.
• Define workflows for monitoring, alerts, investigations, case management and reporting.
• Create clear product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Risk, Engineering, Data, Architecture and QA throughout discovery, development and release.
• Use dashboards, operational metrics and user feedback to guide product decisions.
• Evaluate opportunities to apply automation, machine learning and AI-assisted decision-making.
• Balance detection quality, operational efficiency, false positives and user experience.
• Ensure products support appropriate access controls, auditability and data protection.
• Coordinate releases and confirm that new capabilities are operationally ready.
• Track product performance and demonstrate measurable improvements after launch.
• Communicate priorities, decisions, progress and trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify dependencies, resolve delivery blockers and keep cross-functional teams aligned.

What you bring

• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager working closely with software development teams.
• Live Casino industry experience and a strong understanding of how live gaming operations function.
• Experience working with complex internal systems, operational tools, workflow platforms, or investigation environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively with highly specialized domain experts and cross functional teams
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to align and influence diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to convert business problems into practical product solutions and drive delivery from discovery through implementation.
• Proven experience designing and delivering reporting systems, dashboards, workflow tools, or other data-driven products.
• Excellent analytical skills, with experience using data and metrics to drive prioritization and product decisions.
• Ability to understand complex workflows, identify dependencies and edge cases, and turn them into clear functional requirements.
• Fluency in English.

• Risk management, fraud prevention, game integrity, surveillance, or investigation-related product experience.
• Experience building AI-enabled, machine learning, monitoring, alerting, or decision-support systems.
• Exposure to player profiling, case management, operational monitoring, or risk exposure management platforms.
• Previous experience working with Studio Operations or other operational teams within a Live Casino environment.
• Romania-based or able to work closely with Romania-based stakeholders.
