Senior Quality and Compliance Manager (All Genders)

We are looking for a Senior Quality and Compliance Manager to oversee the compliance and quality assurance of our non-food pet products. The ideal candidate will ensure that all products meet regulatory standards and company policies.

Responsibilities:

• Review and organize technical documentation for consumer and pet products.
• Manage and register non-conformities and complaints.
• Collaborate with various departments to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Support internal own-brand product development teams.
• Review information/claims in instruction manuals, packaging and on the website.
• Support with internal implementation of new regulations (i.e. green claims, packaging, batteries).

• Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail sector.
• Knowledge of product quality norms, certifications, and standards.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate well.
• Proficiency in English at a C1 level is essential.
• Experience in project management.
