Position Summary - About the Role
We're looking for a skilled and customer-focused Red Seal Plumber to join our Winnipeg service team.
In this role, you'll work on a variety of commercial and industrial facilities, solving problems, performing repairs, and helping keep critical building systems running smoothly. Every day brings something different, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working independently, and taking pride in quality workmanship.
What You'll Do
- Respond to plumbing service calls
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
- Identify repair needs and recommend practical solutions
- Complete service reports and work orders using digital tools
- Collaborate with customers, facility teams, and fellow tradespeople
- Follow all safety policies, codes, and industry standards
What We're Looking For
- Manitoba Journeyperson or Red Seal Plumber certification
- Commercial or industrial experience
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage service calls
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Professional communication and customer service skills
Nice to Have
- Manitoba Gasfitter B License
- Experience with commercial, institutional, healthcare, or industrial facilities
- Knowledge of hydronic and gas-fired systems
- First Aid, Fall Protection, Confined Space, or other safety certifications
