Shared Services Specialist

Wij zijn op zoek naar een Shared Services Specialist die bijdraagt aan een soepel verloop van de end-to-end operatie binnen ons distributiecentrum in Almelo.

In deze junior professionele functie combineer je rapportage en data-analyse met operationele coördinatie, stakeholdercommunicatie en het oplossen van dagelijkse operationele vraagstukken. Je werkt zelfstandig binnen een afgesproken verantwoordelijkheidsgebied en escaleert complexere zaken naar de First Line Manager of Area Manager wanneer dat nodig is.

Wat ga je doen?

• Operationele rapportages en data opstellen en analyseren, en prestatie-indicatoren zoals OTIF en CTD monitoren.
• De dagelijkse releaseplanning voor verschillende kanalen ondersteunen en bijdragen aan de uitvoering van het operationele plan.
• Fungeren als eerste escalatiepunt voor Shared Services Support, Customer Service en vervoerders, oorzaken van operationele problemen onderzoeken en escaleren wanneer nodig.
• Operationele activiteiten coördineren, waaronder routing, cross-dock connections, sample control en DC reporting.
• Salesforce en andere operationele systemen gebruiken om klant- en vervoerdersbehoeften te beoordelen en de juiste balans tussen capaciteit, service en klantbehoeften te ondersteunen.
• SOP's en werkinstructies opstellen en onderhouden en bijdragen aan continuous improvement-initiatieven binnen de operatie.
• Nauw samenwerken met Operations, Logistics, Planning, Purchasing, Customer Service, onze merken, vervoerders en het management van het distributiecentrum.

Wat zoeken wij?

• HBO werk- en denkniveau of gelijkwaardig.
• Uitstekende beheersing van zowel Nederlands als Engels, mondeling en schriftelijk. Beide talen zijn vereist voor deze functie.
• Een gestructureerde en nauwkeurige manier van werken, met sterke analytische en praktische probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
• Heldere communicatie en het vertrouwen om met verschillende stakeholders samen te werken en constructief kritische vragen te stellen.

• Het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen en zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken in een dynamische operationele omgeving.
• Beschikbaarheid om in roterende diensten, weekenden en piekperiodes te werken wanneer dat nodig is.

Mooi meegenomen

• Eerste werkervaring of stage-ervaring binnen logistiek, warehousing, customer service, administratie of een andere operationele omgeving.
• Kennis van Microsoft 365, WMS, Cognos, Salesforce of vergelijkbare operationele en rapportagesystemen.
• Ervaring met continuous improvement, projectwerk of het opstellen en onderhouden van SOP's..

We are looking for a Shared Services Specialist to support the smooth end-to-end flow of operations within our distribution centre in Almelo.

In this entry-level professional role, you will combine reporting and data analysis with operational coordination, stakeholder communication and problem-solving. You will work independently within an agreed scope, escalating more complex matters to the First Line Manager or Area Manager when required.

What will you do?

• Prepare and analyse operational reports and data, and monitor performance metrics including OTIF and CTD.
• Support daily release planning across different channels and contribute to the completion of the operational plan.
• Act as a first point of escalation for Shared Services Support, Customer Service and carrier-related issues, investigating root causes and escalating when required.
• Coordinate operational activities including routing, cross-dock connections, sample control and DC reporting.
• Use Salesforce and other operational systems to assess customer and carrier requirements and help balance capacity, service and customer needs.
• Create and maintain SOPs and work instructions, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the operation.
• Work closely with Operations, Logistics, Planning, Purchasing, Customer Service, our brands, carriers and distribution centre leadership.

What are we looking for?

• HBO working and thinking level or equivalent.
• Full professional proficiency in both Dutch and English, written and spoken. Both languages are required for this role.
• A structured and accurate approach, with strong analytical and practical problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders and challenge constructively.
• A customer-focused mindset and the ability to balance service expectations with operational priorities.
• The ability to prioritise and work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends and peak periods as required.

Nice to have

• Initial professional or internship experience in logistics, warehousing, customer service, administration or another operational environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, WMS, Cognos, Salesforce or comparable operational and reporting tools.
• Exposure to continuous improvement, project work or the creation and maintenance of SOPs.
