The Role

Solutioning técnico y preventa

• Actuar como referente técnico para oportunidades de migración y modernización de infraestructura, plataformas y entornos cloud.

• Colaborar con equipos comerciales, CAP, TSMs, CTAs, arquitectos y especialistas durante el ciclo de vida de las oportunidades.

• Analizar requerimientos, entornos tecnológicos y restricciones del cliente para definir estrategias y soluciones de migración adecuadas.

• Elaborar diseños de alto nivel, estimaciones de esfuerzo, definiciones de alcance, supuestos, dependencias y análisis de riesgos.

• Participar en la preparación, revisión y validación de propuestas, asegurando su viabilidad técnica, económica y de ejecución.

• Liderar workshops y discusiones técnicas, presentando y defendiendo las soluciones ante clientes y stakeholders internos.

Arquitectura de Migración y Modernización

• Definir estrategias de migración para entornos on-premises, híbridos y multicloud, incluyendo consolidación de CPDs, adopción de cloud y transformación de plataformas.

• Evaluar alternativas de migración y modernización (rehosting, replatforming, refactoring, entre otras), considerando los requisitos técnicos y de negocio.

• Analizar dependencias, complejidades y riesgos asociados a aplicaciones, infraestructura y plataformas.

• Proporcionar asesoramiento arquitectónico sobre virtualización, computación, redes, almacenamiento, sistemas operativos y cloud.

• Participar en la definición de oleadas de migración, selección de herramientas, estrategias de cutover y enfoques de ejecución.

Soporte a Delivery y Enablement

• Proporcionar orientación técnica y soporte arquitectónico a los equipos de migración durante la ejecución de proyectos.

• Colaborar en la resolución de desafíos técnicos complejos y en la validación de soluciones.

• Asegurar la transferencia de conocimiento y continuidad entre Solutioning y Delivery.

• Contribuir a la evolución de metodologías, modelos de estimación, herramientas, estándares y activos reutilizables de la Migration Factory.

• Participar en actividades de mentoring y desarrollo de capacidades técnicas del equipo.

Who You Are

Experiencia y conocimientos técnicos

• Más de 7 años de experiencia en arquitectura de infraestructura, cloud o proyectos de migración y transformación de TI.

• Experiencia demostrable en proyectos complejos de migración de infraestructura y cloud, incluyendo entornos on-premises, híbridos y cloud pública.

• Conocimientos sólidos de virtualización, especialmente VMware, sistemas Windows/Linux, redes, almacenamiento y tecnologías de infraestructura empresarial.

• Experiencia en plataformas cloud, principalmente Microsoft Azure y/o AWS. Se valorarán conocimientos de Google Cloud e IBM Cloud.

• Experiencia en definición de estrategias de migración, assessments, planificación de oleadas y selección de herramientas.

• Familiaridad con herramientas de discovery y migración como Azure Migrate, AWS MGN, Zerto, VMware HCX, Nutanix Move, RackWare o equivalentes.

• Conocimientos de modernización de aplicaciones, arquitecturas híbridas y tecnologías cloud-native.

• Experiencia en solutioning o preventa técnica, diseño de soluciones, estimación de esfuerzos y preparación de propuestas.

• Capacidad analítica, pensamiento estructurado y resolución de problemas complejos.

• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación, con capacidad para defender soluciones técnicas ante clientes y stakeholders.

• Autonomía, ownership y responsabilidad sobre los entregables técnicos.

• Capacidad de liderazgo técnico, coordinación e influencia sobre equipos multidisciplinares.

• Comprensión de los aspectos comerciales y de la relación entre alcance, esfuerzo, costes y riesgos.

• Orientación al cliente, colaboración y capacidad para gestionar múltiples oportunidades y proyectos.

Cualificaciones valorables

• Certificaciones profesionales en Azure, AWS, VMware, Nutanix u otras tecnologías relevantes.

• Experiencia en consultoría tecnológica, integración de sistemas o grandes programas de transformación.

• Conocimientos de automatización, Infraestructura como Código, Kubernetes u OpenShift.

• Experiencia desarrollando metodologías, modelos de estimación o activos técnicos reutilizables.

• Titulación universitaria técnica o experiencia profesional equivalente.

• Español fluido e inglés B2 o superior.
