Social Media Manager

On-site Delhi HQ, India Full-time 3+ yrs

About Atlys

Our mission is to enable every person on Earth to travel freely.

Travel should feel exciting. Instead, too much of it is still defined by paperwork, uncertainty, and processes that were never designed for travellers.

Atlys is changing that.

We’re building an AI-first platform that removes friction and uncertainty from travel. To date, we’ve processed visas for 1M+ travellers across 127 countries. But we’re still early.

The Role

We're looking for a Social Media Manager who understands how to build a brand people want to follow, engage with, and share.

You'll own Atlys' social media presence across relevant platforms, from developing the content strategy and identifying trends to driving execution and analysing performance. You'll work at the intersection of culture, creativity, and growth, translating travel insights, internet trends, creator content, and audience conversations into compelling social-first storytelling.

We're looking for someone who can develop strong creative ideas, recognise what will resonate with an audience, and build a social presence that contributes to brand awareness, community engagement, and business growth.

The Job

  • Own social media strategy: Develop and execute a platform-specific social media strategy aligned with Atlys' brand positioning, marketing priorities, and growth objectives.

  • Drive content ideation: Generate creative concepts, recurring content series, campaign ideas, and social-first formats that make Atlys relevant to travellers.

  • Manage content execution: Own the social media calendar, coordinate briefs and production, manage publishing schedules, and ensure consistent execution across channels.

  • Stay ahead of trends: Identify emerging formats, cultural moments, internet conversations, and travel trends that Atlys can participate in authentically.

  • Build a distinctive brand voice: Develop a recognisable tone of voice and ensure consistency across posts, comments, captions, and other social touchpoints.

  • Collaborate with creators: Work with influencers, content creators, and internal creative teams to develop content that feels native to each platform.

  • Build community: Engage with followers, respond to relevant conversations, identify audience insights, and develop initiatives that encourage participation and sharing.

  • Partner with Growth and Creative: Collaborate on campaigns, launches, and paid-social initiatives, ensuring that learnings from organic content inform broader creative and marketing strategies.

  • Track and optimise performance: Monitor reach, engagement, shares, saves, follower growth, watch time, and other relevant metrics to identify what works and why.

  • Experiment continuously: Test new formats, hooks, content pillars, and storytelling approaches to improve content performance and strengthen Atlys' social presence.

The Ideal Candidate

You’ll likely thrive in this role if you:

  • 3–6 years of experience in social media management, social content strategy, or digital marketing.

  • Hands-on experience managing brand accounts across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant social channels.

  • A strong understanding of short-form video, social-first storytelling, platform-specific content formats, and audience behaviour.

  • Excellent creative judgement and the ability to identify trends worth pursuing rather than simply replicating what is popular.

  • Experience building content calendars, briefing creatives, coordinating production, and managing end-to-end execution.

  • A strong understanding of social media analytics and the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and stakeholder management skills.

  • The ability to balance creative experimentation with consistent execution in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with social media analytics, publishing tools, video editing workflows, and AI-powered content tools.

We hire exceptional people for their craft, not travel enthusiasts. We solve hard problems that happen to touch global travel and government infrastructure.

What you can expect

Atlys is built by a small team with outsized ambition, high ownership, and an obsession with doing great work.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • Competitive compensation and equity so you participate in the value you help create.

  • Comprehensive health insurance covering you and your family, plus annual preventive health check-up on us.

  • A thoughtful leave policy with paid time off and company holidays, because great work also requires real time off.

  • Lunch, high tea and dinner at the office, so the basics are taken care of while we build together.

  • Learning & development credits to invest in courses, books, conferences and tools that help you get better at your craft.

  • Relocation support to make moving closer to the team as seamless as possible.

  • Great tools to do your best work, including high-spec equipment and software.

  • An office designed for more than just work, with pickleball, table tennis, PlayStation, an arcade game room, an F1 simulator and even a full flight simulator.

Our values shape how we make decisions, work together and build for travelers. The bar is high, the pace is fast, and the way we work is deliberate. Read them before you apply. If this environment energizes you, you’ll probably thrive here. If it doesn’t, it’s better to know that upfront.
