Sr. Manager Market Research & Data Analytics

-Develop and implement comprehensive market research strategies to support business goals.

- Analyse Syndicated data to extract meaningful insights and trends and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate market insights into product development, marketing campaigns, and business strategies.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats.

- Design and conduct primary and secondary market research studies, including surveys, focus groups, and competitive analyses.

- Connecting dots building wholistic analysis using internal external data points for data driven decision making

-Conduct digital marketing analytics and provide insights for digital marketing

-Conducting various analytics by leveraging data points i.e. Omni-Channel customer engagement, To Market sales, In-market sales etc.

- Social medial listening and social media monitoring

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field; master’s degree preferred.

- Min 6 Years of experience in market research in pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights.

- Proficiency in market research methodologies, data analysis tools, and statistical techniques.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights effectively to diverse stakeholders.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Skills:

Data Visualization tools i.e. Power BI, Qlik or Tableau, MS-Project, hands on market research tools, Google, web analytics etc.

Hands-on experience in dealing with platforms - like Hootsuite, Brandwatch etc.
