    • 2+ years of experience as a validation engineer (test planning, execution, traceability, and release-quality judgment).
    • 2+ years of Python for automation, tooling, and data analysis (not only ad-hoc scripts): structured code, reusable modules, and integration with CI or test frameworks where applicable.
      • Solid software engineering practices with Git: branching workflows, code review, meaningful commits, and collaboration in a shared codebase.
        • Experience with Git: branching workflows, code review, meaningful commits, and collaboration in a shared codebase.
        • Proven technical, systems-oriented validation mindset and ownership: understanding of OS/process basics, environments and dependencies, logs and diagnostics, configuration, networking fundamentals, and performance/stability considerations as they affect validation.
          • Hands-on experience validating or integrating hardware–software systems, such as embedded products, electronics, sensors, boards, or vehicle and industrial systems.
            • Proven ability to write clear, concise, and well-structured technical documents (test plans, reports, runbooks, and conclusions backed by evidence).
              • Fluent in English and Hebrew.
