As a Tailor at Villa Haven, you will be responsible for providing high-quality tailoring and alteration services for guest garments, staff uniforms, and other textile items. You will ensure all clothing and fabrics meet the resort's high standards of appearance and comfort.
- Previous experience as a tailor or in a similar role, preferably within a luxury hotel or resort.
- Proficient in using sewing machines, sergers, and other tailoring equipment.
- Strong knowledge of different fabrics, garment construction, and alteration techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English; additional languages preferred.
