You Will:
- Partner with Executive Recruiters, cross functional recruiting team members, business and HR leaders to share intel and find great executive level people across Roblox
- Manage executive search engagements from requisition kick-off meetings to engagement to hire
- Understand and identify competitor landscape and apply intel to research strategies
- Develop unique research strategies in multiple disciplines/domains simultaneously while managing high volume of data
- Come up with fresh ideas and create new ways to attack problems
- Clear articulation in all forms of communication with an emphasis on executive style and approach to each deliverable and presentation
You Have:
- 6 years of sourcing/executive search ideally with experience at an in-house recruiting team
- Experience using talent market insights and data to influence decisions within the leadership groups and cross-functional teams
- Sourced high-level passive executive talent; Experience within: Product, Product Design, G&A, Marketing or Communications
- Experience developing candidate generation and research techniques
- Well versed understanding and skills in identifying and engaging executive-level candidates
- Experience building working relationships with leaders and cross-functional partners
- Experience advising senior management on talent trends and influence direction based on your research
- Experience screening resumes to match qualifications
- Experience as a Sourcer partnering with Recruiters and hiring partners across different offices
For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits as described on this page.
Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
