Teacher's Aide
The YMCA of Central Texas is currently seeking candidates to join us at our Child Development Center in Round Rock as a Full-Time Teacher’s Aide. You’ll be supporting all of our Teachers as they guide their kids through the daily curriculum.
Here’s what you need to know:
- Available shifts: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Our Center works with kids from 8 weeks through 5 years old
- You’ll have the opportunity to work with children across all age groups, supporting their daily routines and activities.
- Responsibilities include assisting with art projects and mealtimes, diaper changing and toileting, singing songs, maintaining a clean and organized classroom, and helping create a fun, safe, and nurturing learning environment.
$500 Bonus for New Staff!
Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Genuinely interested in a career in early childhood education
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and fingerprinting
