About the Role By Landmark is looking for an outgoing, organized, and motivated individual to join our Concierge team!As a Client Engagement Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients interested in exploring our collection of venues throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania.Your primary focus will be turning wedding inquiries into scheduled venue tours while introducing couples to other by Landmark properties that may be a great fit. You'll also assist with inquiries for social and corporate events.This is a fast-paced, office-based position that involves a mix of texting, emailing, phone conversations, and consistent follow-up. We're looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, can manage multiple conversations at once, and is motivated to turn inquiries into appointments.This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a career in hospitality, with potential to grow into a Sales Coordinator or Sales Manager role within By Landmark.Please note that this is not an event planning or onsite event coordination position. Our Concierge team focuses on managing inquiries, building client relationships, and scheduling appointments for our venue teams.

What You'll Do

• Respond to incoming wedding, social, and corporate event inquiries through text, email, and phone
• Build relationships with prospective clients and understand their event needs and preferences
• Convert incoming inquiries into scheduled wedding venue tours and phone appointments
• Introduce clients to additional by Landmark venues that match their preferences
• Consistently follow up with interested clients to encourage appointment bookings
• Answer initial questions about our venues, availability, pricing, and offerings
• Manage multiple active conversations while ensuring timely responses
• Maintain accurate client information, notes, and appointment details in our CRM
• Coordinate with our venue teams to ensure a smooth appointment scheduling process
• Focus on maximizing wedding venue tour bookings and creating opportunities across our collection of properties

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, call centers, client communications, or appointment scheduling preferred
• Excellent written communication skills and a friendly, professional phone presence
• Experience managing a high volume of text and email conversations is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Someone who enjoys communicating with people and building relationships
• Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups throughout the day
• A proactive mindset and the motivation to turn inquiries into appointments
• Comfortable learning and using CRM systems and scheduling tools
• A positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Compensation & Schedule

• Hourly pay plus commission opportunities
• Full-time, in-person position in Plainfield, NJ
• Weekend availability required
• Work-from-home flexibility on weekends
