Account Supervisor, Measurement & Insights

We are seeking an Account Supervisor, Measurement & Insights to lead performance measurement and strategic insights across 5W's integrated client portfolio. This role will own how we define, track, and communicate success across PR, influencer, social, and paid media programs, and will uncover the audience, cultural, and competitive insights that shape smarter strategy from the start.

This is a strategic, client-facing role that combines hands-on analytical expertise with leadership. The Account Supervisor will build measurement frameworks, guide junior analysts, and turn data into recommendations that inform both campaign optimization and big-picture planning. It's ideal for someone who is equally comfortable proving what worked and figuring out what to do next, and who wants to help build and scale a growing Measurement & Insights practice within an integrated communications agency.

Here's what you'll be doing:

Measurement Strategy & Frameworks

• Lead the development of measurement strategies and KPI frameworks for client programs, ensuring metrics ladder up to business objectives across awareness, engagement, traffic, conversion, and revenue
• Build integrated measurement pla
