As the Manager of IT at 7shifts, you’ll lead our IT function day-to-day and guide a team of three supporting our growing organization. Reporting to the Director, Information Security & Privacy, you’ll own the day-to-day operations of our IT department, ensuring our people have the tools, technology, and support they need to do their best work. You’ll oversee everything from employee support and IT systems to technology adoption across the company, while partnering closely with teams across the business to understand what they need from IT.
You’ll be responsible for improving how we support our people — streamlining ticketing so issues get resolved quickly, building a consistent approach to AI tooling across 7shifts, and partnering with Security to ensure new tools are properly vetted and approved. This is a
