About the Role
You'll partner directly with both Co-Founders on the priorities that move the business fastest. You'll turn their priorities into plans and personally own the projects too important to hand off. The right person can start at 20,000 feet, go deep on the details, and bring the company along.
This is a senior individual contributor role based at our Los Angeles HQ, reporting to a Co-Founder.
What You'll Do
Act as a trusted partner to both Co-Founders: prepare them for key decisions and follow through on what comes out of the room.
Run the company's strategic priorities end to end.
Drive cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Finance and the market teams, from first analysis to done.
Build frameworks to prioritize opportunities and make the case for where the highest-ROI work sits.
Find operational weak spots and fix or rebu
