Revenue Operations Manager (RevOps)

The role
In this role, you will own and optimise our revenue operations infrastructure. You will support the BD and Client Success teams through clean data, efficient processes, and clear performance reporting. You will also manage pricing tools and coordinate conferences and events that support our commercial growth.
You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with senior leadership on commercial performance.

Tasks
- Own and manage HubSpot (data integrity, workflows, reporting)
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and performance reporting
- Support BD and CS teams with sales administration and deal tracking
- Build and maintain pricing tools and commercial models
- Produce regular revenue and performance reports for leadership
- Identify and implement process improvements across the revenue cycle
