Access Services is hiring a Housing Manager to join our Shared Affordable Independent Living (SAIL) Housing program to serve individuals throughout Bucks County, PA seeking housing stability, independence, and wellness. SAIL is a housing support model that helps individuals secure and maintain affordable community housing while building the skills, supports, and resources needed for successful independent living. Through regular home visits, service coordination, and collaboration with landlords, treatment providers, and community partners, the Housing Manager plays a vital role in helping individuals maintain stable housing and overcome barriers that may impact their long-term success.
