Head of Demand Generation (Temporary, 6 Months)

LeadOn-site (New York)Salary undisclosed
Job Description

accessiBe is the market leader in web accessibility that makes websites accessible to people with disabilities. accessiBe is more than a workplace, it’s a passion. Each day you’re surrounded by people who share the same goal and values, who work endlessly to break down accessibility barriers. We care about all people, regardless of their ability. We hire people that are determined to succeed and who are not afraid of rapid change. Our core values showcase who we are and we strive to focus on excellence and sincerity.

We are looking for an experienced Head of Demand Generation to join our Marketing department on a fixed-term basis (approx. 6 months), covering a maternity leave. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role: you'll lead our user acquisition function as part of a lean two-person team, manage a monthly paid UA budget of over $250K across all channels, and take direct ownership of our external agency and vendor relationships — including evolving how we structure and execute paid media — to ensure every dollar drives pipeline. You'll be expected to drive incremental growth against a flat budget, so a sharp experimentation mindset and the ability to operate at every altitude, from strategy to hands-on execution, are essential.

What will you do:

  • Hire, train, and manage a team of media experts
  • Manage a budget of over $250K/month in paid advertising across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
  • Define audiences and build dedicated campaigns across all platforms
  • Own and optimize email marketing campaigns and nurture programs that contribute to pipeline generation
  • Lead ongoing experimentation across the funnel — CRO, A/B testing, landing page optimization, and testing new growth hypotheses
  • Own SEO strategy and execution, no task too big or small, including emerging AEO practices, to grow organic visibility and drive pipeline growth across traditional and AI-driven search.
  • Own webinar strategy and execution end to end: initiation, planning, management, promotion, and performance analysis
  • Work closely with Product Marketing and Creative teams to create top-notch campaigns
  • Work closely with Sales and Revenue Operations to align campaigns with pipeline goals, improve lead management, and identify opportunities across the funnel
  • Implement measurement and attribution tools to test the effectiveness of our different channels
  • Measure and report on performance across all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against ROI and KPI goals
  • Lead and support high-impact growth initiatives as new opportunities and business priorities emerge
  • Take an active role in shaping our growth marketing strategy
  • Evaluate and evolve external media agency/vendor relationships, holding partners accountable and driving structural improvements

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in performance/growth marketing, with a proven track record managing large-scale paid UA budgets ($250K+/month) across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other paid channels
  • 2+ years of experience hiring, managing, and developing a team of PPC/media buying professionals
  • Deep hands-on expertise in campaign strategy, audience targeting, and creative testing across multiple platforms and funnel stages
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience implementing and working within attribution and measurement frameworks to tie spend directly to ROI and pipeline/revenue impact
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Creative, Sales, Rev-ops and broader Marketing teams to execute integrated campaigns
  • A data-driven, hands-on approach — comfortable both setting strategy and staying close to day-to-day execution and optimization
  • Experience managing and holding agencies/vendors accountable, including leading transitions or restructures
  • Proven ability to drive incremental growth in a flat/constrained budget environment through testing and optimization rather than spend
  • A resourceful, "no job too big or small" mentality — equally comfortable setting strategy and getting hands-on with execution, reporting, and troubleshooting.

Hybrid schedule with our Flatiron NYC-based team: The salary band for this position ranges from $145,000–$190,000 and will be based on your experience and skill set.
