ACT is looking for a highly motivated attorney to join a growing legal team in its NYC office with a focus on contractual, regulatory, governance and general corporate matters. You will advise and work on a variety of transactions, commercial issues, and other matters, interacting directly with management, members of the business team and commercial counterparties.
- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements (both domestic and international) to meet business and legal requirements.
