As an Associate Service Technician, you will support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our advanced road safety enforcement equipment. What You'll Do
- Assist with the installation, calibration, and maintenance of enforcement technology including imaging and AI systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues promptly to ensure minimal downtime.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on devices and trailers.
- Collaborate with field and support teams to ensure reliable service delivery.
- Support data collection and system updates as required.
- Document service activities accurately for reporting and compliance purposes
