Our 100% virtual model brings together licensed clinicians, medical providers, innovative technology, and a dedicated care team to support Members wherever they are in their journey.

We provide care for individuals navigating a range of behavioral health needs — from anxiety, depression, and trauma to substance use disorders, including opioid, stimulant, alcohol, and cannabis use disorders.

Most importantly, there are real people behind the technology. Our clinicians and care teams build meaningful relationships with Members while helping remove barriers that too often prevent people from getting the care they need.

Who We'd Love to Meet

Mental Health Therapists

We welcome applications from licensed mental health professionals, including:

LPC • LMHC • LCSW • LMFT • LPCC • LCPC and equivalent clinical licenses

Depending on the state and license, we may also be able to support certain non-independently licensed clinicians.

Mental Health opportunities may include full-time and part-time schedules, depending on our needs in each state.

Substance Use Disorder Counselors

We're interested in connecting with licensed or certified addiction and substance use disorder counselors who are passionate about recovery and evidence-based treatment.

Because SUD credential names and requirements vary considerably by state, we encourage you to apply and provide the exact license or certification you hold and the state in which it was issued.

Our SUD Counselors provide virtual individual and group counseling and work collaboratively with medical providers and the broader care team.

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners

We're also interested in connecting with licensed PMHNPs with active DEA registration, particularly providers interested in treating both mental health and substance use disorders through telehealth.

Experience treating substance use disorders and prescribing buprenorphine/Suboxone is especially valuable.

PMHNP candidates should hold an active, unrestricted license and prescriptive authority in their state of practice and have an active DEA registration. Multi-state licensure opportunities may be available as Affect expands.

A Note About Licensure

Because telehealth licensing requirements vary by state, all professional licenses and certifications must be active and verifiable through the appropriate state licensing board or credentialing authority.

Affect generally requires clinicians to hold an active, equivalent clinical license or credential in their state of residence, as well as the state(s) in which they will provide care.

Our hiring needs also vary by state and can change as Affect expands. If we don't have the right opportunity for you today, that doesn't mean we won't have one in the future.
