Senior Product Marketing Manager

About the Role 

We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our growing Product Marketing team. You'll be the bridge between our product innovations and the market, ensuring we launch features that resonate and communicate their value effectively to our users. 

This is an individual contributor role where you’re expected to lead with insights that directly shape product adoption, as well as execute on them.

This role is based out of one of our offices — Palo Alto, Cambridge (MA), Singapore or Tokyo. You can be based in whichever of these you have the legal right to work in, but this is an on-site role: we're looking for someone who'll be in the office with the team.

Responsibilities 

• Run customer research to uncover pain points, needs, and market gaps specific to our target audience.
• Collect and synthetize customer feedback into actionable insights for the product roadmap. 
• Plan AND execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new features and products in collaboration with Product Managers
• Develop clear, compelling marketing assets that support GTM launches like:
  • Landing pages
  • Sales enablement materials&
