The Customer Experience (CX) team is a blend of full-stack mobile and web engineers focusing on features core to the user experience across our mobile applications and backend services. Some examples include providing onboarding guidance to properly configure security systems, educating customers on how best to protect the things they love, and notifying customers of important activity on their systems. We’re seeking a Software Engineer II (Full-stack Web) who is eager to grow their skills in building reliable, scalable, and impactful customer-facing experiences. This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to features used by millions of people, while learning from and collaborating with experienced engineers.
