Performance Marketing Manager

Summary The Performance Marketing Manager is the driving force behind Allegiant’s paid media strategy, serving as the in-house expert who turns audience insight into campaigns that perform. Reporting to the Director of Advertising & Growth Marketing, you'll set the annual media vision and stay nimble as demand, markets, and network priorities shift throughout the year. This is a role for someone who's equally comfortable with the numbers and in the strategy discussions. You’ll lead a team of specialists and direct agency partners to extend our reach, set the strategy, and hold every dollar accountable. You’ll partner closely with Brand, Analytics, and Network Planning, connecting audience and business insights to campaign execution and results.
