Instructional Designer - Community Workforce

AlphaGov delivers public-sector consulting for cities, counties, school systems, special districts, utilities, and related agencies. AlphaGov is engaging an Instructional Designer for current community workforce training work with cities, counties, workforce boards, and community colleges. You will turn job requirements and partner input into training that adult learners finish and employers recognize.

What you'll do

• Run needs and task analyses with employers, instructors, and program staff to define learning outcomes
• Design curricula, lesson plans, facilitator guides, and learner materials for in-person, virtual, and blended delivery
• Build accessible e-learning modules and job aids for adult learners with varied literacy, language, and digital skills
• Align content to indust
