About the role

We're looking for an HR & People Operations Executive to build and run the people function for our India team. Today our associates, team leads, QA specialists, and managers across the globe are supported by a mix of US leadership and a lot of goodwill. That has worked while we were small, but now we are ready to scale.

This is a ground-up role. You'll own recruiting coordination, offers, onboarding, documentation, compliance, and payroll administration, and you'll build the employee experience layer we don't have yet: structured onboarding, regular engageme
