Job Description
Position Purpose
Ensure the attraction, selection, and retention of talent by implementing effective recruitment strategies and employee service processes delivered through the Employee Service Center, promoting a fair and motivating work environment aligned with Montoi's business objectives and in compliance with the Federal Labor Law, Internal Work Regulations, and the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure external talent acquisition across all business areas while promoting internal talent development.
- Source, identify, and select candidates who meet job requirements for Intern, DL, IDL, and Staff positions.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for high-volume hiring.
