About The Role & Team
Our People Operations team keeps the employee experience running smoothly behind the scenes, from the moment someone signs their offer to their very last day. Based in London and supporting our growing team across the UK, EMEA, and APJ, you’ll be the go-to person for the day-to-day operations that Ampliteers rely on: accurate data, timely answers, and processes that just work. This is a hands-on role for someone who is building their People career, loves using AI to work smarter, and wants to develop deep operational expertise
