Position Summary
ANSER is seeking an Industrial Workforce Development Analyst to support the Industrial Base Analysis and Sustainment (IBAS) Program within the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Industrial Base Policy (OASD(IBP)). In this role, you will provide analytical, strategic, and program management support for initiatives that strengthen the Defense Industrial Base (DIB) workforce, including the Build Freedom Campaign and other workforce development programs. You will analyze workforce trends, support workforce planning efforts, collaborate with government and industry stakeholders, and develop products that inform senior leadership decisions.
