About the Role As our Structural VP, you’ll be joining and leading our growing Structural engineering team and reporting to the SVP of Engineering. The ideal candidate will lead the Structural engineering team across our multi-disciplinary company for utility-scale solar, battery energy storage, high-voltage, and wind projects. The role balances a strong technical background with strategic leadership and managing organizational financials. What You’ll Do Oversee the daily operations and growth of the Structural engineering department. Lead strategic growth through a detailed hiring plan and drive revenue growth. Develop the Annual Operation Plan (AOP) fo
