Senior Patternmaker Grader

Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX: As a Senior Patternmaker Grader, you will support with the transition of patterns from development to production and contribute to the output of accurately graded production patterns. You will have the opportunity to work on multiple product calendars and categories in a fast-paced environment, and your cross-functional partnership with our Product Creation Development teams and factory partners will ensure our sized products maintain design integrity. As senior member of the Pattern Grading team, you lead by example and provide overall support and mentoring to the rest of the Patternmaker Graders. This role is based out of our North Vancouver office. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.   Meet Your Future Team: The Pattern Grading Team transitions patterns from development to production and produces accurate graded production patterns. Through collaboration and partnership with our internal product development teams and our external factory partners, the team is responsible for ensuring our final sized products maintain integrity of design, function and production accuracy developed on the base size.
