Job Title: Scrum Master – Team (CI/CD)

About the Role:
Join us, the driving force behind fast and reliable Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for Android platform development. As Scrum Master, you'll lead a team of five developers, facilitating agile processes, fostering collaboration, and ensuring efficient delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the Agile Release Train (EACS) and DUXI’s CI team, to innovate and evolve CI/CD practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.).
• Remove impediments to streamline team workflows.
• Coach and guide team members on Agile principles.
• Align priorities with Product Owners and manage the backlog.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, Scrum Masters, and management.
• Drive the transition from CI to CD and adapt pipelines/tools to integrate with Volvo and Google ecosystems.
• Promote innovation, quality, and continuous delivery practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in software development.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in Android development and CI/CD environments.
• Proficient in tools like Jira, Confluence, and CI/CD platforms.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
