Job Description

About ARQ

ARQ is one of the fastest-growing fintechs in the world. Our mission is to redefine how people interact with money across borders, building the infrastructure to move value seamlessly. We’re still early in our journey, which means every person who joins shapes the future of our product, culture, and growth. If you’re excited by big challenges, global impact, and the chance to grow fast with a world-class team, ARQ is the place to do it.

Who we’re looking for

We’re hiring a Growth Manager to own and scale ARQ's performance-based partnerships channel in Brazil. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution: you’ll identify and prioritize partnership opportunities, test their economics, prospect, negotiate and launch deals, and scale the channels that perform.

This is an opportunity for a strategic business developer or a top-performing consultant ready to launch a channel from scratch and take ownership from day one.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop the channel strategy: Map the Brazilian market, identify promising partner segments, assess their potential, and determine where ARQ should focus.

  • Build and test commercial theses: Develop business cases, partnership structures, unit economics, and pilot plans for new acquisition channels.

  • Originate and close partnerships: Build a pipeline, approach decision-makers, negotiate CPA and revenue-share agreements, and close deals.

  • Launch and scale: Coordinate partner onboarding, remove launch blockers, and get new partners generating activated users quickly.

  • Optimize performance: Analyze conversion, CAC, volume and contribution by partner; stop weak experiments and scale the strongest ones.

  • Own the partner lifecycle: Maintain senior relationships, solve operational problems, manage incentives and continue expanding productive partnerships.

  • Execute cross-functionally: Work with Product, Legal, Finance and Operations to launch partnerships quickly and compliantly.

What you’ll need to succeed

  1. High motivation, bias to action and goal orientation: You’re energized by ambitious targets and comfortable being measured on the volume you close and activate.

  2. Agency and problem-solving: You independently identify opportunities, remove obstacles and turn ideas into results.

  3. Comfort with ambiguity and full ownership: You can create structure where none exists, set priorities and move forward without waiting for a detailed playbook.

  4. Strong analytical and commercial judgment: You can evaluate opportunities, understand partner economics and use data to decide what to test, stop or scale.

  5. Relevant experience through one of two paths:

  • Experience in business development or partnerships, ideally at a high-growth startup or fintech; or

  • A strong strategy-consulting background with the motivation to transition into a hands-on commercial role and own outcomes end to end.

  1. Fluency in Portuguese and English.

It will be a strong advantage if you have experience in a startup or an existing network within Brazil’s financial-services or creator economy.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and benefits

  • Stock options, so you own part of what you build

  • Discretionary performance bonus

  • The latest tools and technology

  • A world-class team that will challenge and grow your skills

  • The opportunity to help build the best fintech app in Latin America

  • Office Policy: 3 days a week in-office in SP, Brazil.
