As we scale, we are building a lean, high-impact legal function to match the pace and ambition of the business, and this role will be foundational to that effort.
Who You Are
You have 5-7 years of experience, preferably in-house, and are commercially minded, low-ego, and energized by startup speed: high volume, fast-moving priorities, and plenty of ambiguity. This role reports directly to the General Counsel and serves as the second attorney on the team. You will work closely with sales, revenue, and cross-functional leaders to structure deals, manage risk, and keep transactions moving. You will have real visibility into business strategy from day one, with room to grow your scope over time. The work is hard, but it is rewarding, and as the company scales, there is substantial room to grow with it.
