Systems Administrator

**This is a 6+ month contract position with one of our clients. This is a hybrid role requiring onsite work Tues, Wed, Thur in the West suburbs of Minneapolis, MN. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.**

Our client is seeking a highly motivated Systems Administrator who will support the design, operation, and maintenance of enterprise identity, access, and infrastructure systems. This person will work closely with IT team members and business users to ensure reliable and secure system performance across on-premises and cloud environments. This position is ideal for a hands-on problem solver who can support day-to-day operations while continuing to build technical depth across core infrastructure services.

Responsibilities

• Support administration of Active Directory, including user and group management, permissions, and basic Group Policy maintenance

• Assist with identity and access management (IAM) platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Okta

• Help configure and support SSO, MFA, and conditional access policies

• Perform routine system maintenance including server patching, updates, and monitoring of Windows Server environments

• Assist with administration of Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365, including user provisioning and mailbox
