Paid Social User Acquisition Manager
The Role
We're looking for a hands-on, data-driven Paid Social User Acquisition Manager to join our Growth Team. Reporting directly to a Growth Team Lead, you'll own paid social and display acquisition across Meta, TikTok and additional channels - with a clear mandate to expand these channels across multiple AutoDS group brands and scale them profitably.
This is a builder's role. You'll be the person who takes a channel from zero to ROAS-positive - then scales it aggressively across brands. You'll be in the accounts every day, but you'll also be thinking about how to systematize what works and replicate it across the portfolio.
