Position Overview

We are seeking a tech-savvy IT Support & Systems Administrator based in Helsinki or Stockholm to join our lean and dynamic internal IT Operations team. This role combines hands-on frontline support with long-term systems administration, offering a structured environment to expand your technical capabilities across global infrastructure, networking, and cloud tools.

You do not need to be an expert in every area on day one. If you bring core strengths in end-user support, workstation troubleshooting, networking basics, Google Workspace, or a knack for automation, we will provide the platform and mentorship to develop the rest.
